We are a social enterprise with a mission to help young people with low-incomes into fulfilling, happy careers in street kitchens. We do that by training and supporting them to cook and serve delicious, sustainable sandwiches inspired by the culinary traditions of the communities in the East End, which is where we are based. With the help of some of London’s best food mentors, and using our beautiful pink food truck, we help our trainee chefs learn what it takes to start a street food business.
