We are a food start-up incubator. We provide talented food entrepreneurs with London's top mentors, great street food and pop-up residencies and access to investors to give their delicious and original new restaurants the best possible start.


What WE DO

We have been helping to launch food start-ups since January 2013.

Since then, we are proud to have supported top street food operator Kimchinary ('London's New Best Korean' Evening Standard)  Mei Mei's Street Cart (Operator of the Year at Manchester Food + Drink Awards) and The Good Egg (The Huffington Post ranked 'Top 5 Brunches in London'). 

 

Our industry mentors include Mark HixMark Sainsbury (co- founder of Moro), Sinclair Beecham (co-founder of Pret A Manger), Yianni Papoutsis (founder of MEATliquor), Charlie Carroll (founder of Flat Iron), and many more of London’s top restaurateurs and food business experts.

We have worked with some of the best markets and pop-ups in London including Street Feast, KERB, Maltby Street and many others.

With our street food shack in Netil Market in Hackney and our restaurant in Ladbroke Grove in partnership with top British designer Tom Dixon, we partner with great start-up teams to help them get the best possible start.
