Our delicious, sustainably sourced sandwiches are inspired by the culinary traditions of the communities of East London.
As a social enterprise, every penny we take is reinvested into our work training and supporting young unemployed Londoners to gain skills, move into work or even start their own food business.
We cook up sandwiches inspired by the history of the streets around us, right around the corner from the docks, where some of the first Sephardic Jewish immigrants settled in London, and the first Chinese cooking came to the UK, up the road from the Little Vietnam in Mare Street, near the Sri Lankan community in East Ham, the Bangladeshi dishes in Brick Lane, the African-Caribbean families in Hackney and many more.
We make our sandwiches with the best ingredients we can find, and serve them hot and fresh from our beautiful vintage pink food truck.
