HOW WE WORK

We help start-up food entrepreneurs to achieve their dream of starting a restaurant in three ways:


Street Food Shack

If you have an idea for a street food business you'd like to try, we'll host you for a month of Saturdays in our Shack in Netil Market in Hackney. We charge a percentage rent, which we set depending on your circumstances.

Next to top street food traders Bao and Top Shelf Pizza, you'll get a chance to get live feedback, access to our equipment and help with documentation you need getting started.

Residencies

If you have an idea for an affordable, original restaurant you'd like to try, we'll host you and help you to run the kitchen in our restaurant Ladbroke Grove for 4-6 weeks. We'll pay you for your hours as a chef, or in front-of-house. And then we'll split profits with you, so you understand the whole P&L.

In a beautiful setting on the canal, you'll have access to our suppliers, our team and our chef mentors to guide you.

The Incubator

We'll partner with you to help open your restaurant.

You'll get top industry mentoring, the pick of our residencies at some of the best sites in town, and support developing a business plan and landlord deck to secure your first site. You'll meet a range of landlords, restaurant investors and potential hires to help you realise your goals, and have access to our systems to help you get started.
